Project
Wagners is a diversified Australian construction materials and services provider located in Toowoomba. The Wagners Wellcamp Quarry has a high-grade basalt deposit which is used for road base, concrete aggregate, asphalt pavement and more.
Specifications
We were commissioned to continue the layout design work of the Wagners Wellcamp Quarry after being recommended by the firm that previously worked on the project.
The Challenge
The design of the conveyors and structures for this project were required to adhere to a tight available footprint. When we came onto the project, the layout and initial design needed to be reviewed to complete the project.
The Solution
We worked collaboratively with civil and structural engineers as well as Wagners Engineering Solutions to ensure the site layout and the structural loadings while sticking to their fabrication schedule.
The Results
Collaborating with civil and structural engineers, Red Bolt Engineering’s work has allowed Wagners Engineering Solutions to continue construction of the quarry.
